Terms and conditions: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organisers for reasons within their control and even then only within one month following the event dates shown. If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the promoters control, then an alternative date for the same event or alternative event will be offered on a credit note but no refunds will be given. No third party booking fees or commissions will be refunded by Sigma Events Management Ltd. When selling tickets to other organisations or promoters events, Sigma Events Management Ltd does not accept liability for refunds in the case of cancellation and as ticket monies will pass to the third party organiser then the ticket holder's contract is subject to the terms and conditions of that organisation or promoter and ticketholders will be put in touch directly with them. By booking with credit card, your consumer credit protection rights associated with any of these is subject to these organisations and not to the event organisers or any party associated with them. Tickets are valid for the dates shown for acts programmed officially by the event organisers. Young people attending who are below the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult and that responsible adult may have no more than 4 young charges with them. All parties in attendance at events are subject to all relevant licensing laws and therefore please expect young people to be challenged for age ID if required to do so by the bar staff or security and organisers. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs and underage drinking and any offenders will be dealt with by security in accordance with the law and local police policy. We also request that no food or drink be brought into the event venues so if you are carrying such, please co-operate with our security team who will hold your goods until collected on exit for consumption off the premises. We and our security teams operate to ensure a peaceful, safe, lawful environment for the full enjoyment of all visitors to our events so please understand if there are some measures that they are required to take in order to achieve this.
